A Nice Surprise

Friday before our date Normand brought me a lovely surprise.

We had a lovely night out with salads and appetizers at Guidry's Reef and spent Saturday morning together and had a nice lunch at Deano's. I think that Deano's has the best pizza in town.

I'm in a purple mood today. Took these pics on this rainy Friday morning.

My duranta has been blooming all summer. I just absolutely lurve it. Don't you? This plant was just a cutting my mom gave me last year and now it's 7 ft or taller. I think I'm going to plant one or two more on that side of the front yard. Find out more about duranta here. I just love purple flowers.
